Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation/invoice to your email address as a confirmation of your purchase. Shipment and delivery

Lootlo Bazar handles and delivers your order as soon as possible. We always do our utmost to keep delivery times as short as possible. Your order is processed immediately after it has been received in our system.

Can Lootlo Bazar send my orders in one delivery?

We handle and deliver a large amount of orders. All orders are processed separately by order number and can therefore not be combined. At Lootlo Bazar, we kindly ask for your understanding as we are unable to search through orders to combine them in one delivery.

The shipment and your responsibility

If you wish to check the status of your shipment, please contact us at and respond to the questions for us to assist you. As the customer, you are responsible to ensure that the address and user data provided are correct. Lootlo Bazar is not responsible for situations where the shipment has been returned to Lootlo Bazar due to incorrect information being provided. In these cases, we will contact you for reimbursement of the additional shipping costs incurred.

We can coordinate for the defected product if you report and Return within same day when you receive and having complaint with the product.

We will Return Back you funds or change the products within a maximum time frame of one week

We offer Exchange Policy on the basis of the following:

Non Refundable

Exchange in case of broken, defected, rusted or deliver a different item except u order.

  1. No exchange is accepted due to NOT LIKING the product
  2. No exchange is accepted on products bought through any Discounted Promos.
  3. Products made as per customer specifications and measurements will not be exchanged
  4. Only products with manufacturing defects will be acceptable for exchange
  5. The product shall be returned within 3 days of receiving in case of exchange
  6.  No item can be exchanged after using them
  7. Items for exchange will have to be reported to us within 1 day of receiving them by the customer
